Kuksa Cup – Hand-Carved Scandinavian Bushcraft Mug

5 items left

A hand-carved cup in the tradition of the Sámi people of northern Scandinavia. Each kuksa is carved from solid hardwood and flame-treated to seal and harden the wood, so no two cups look exactly alike. Its compact size makes it easy to pack for camp or trail.

Every kuksa is hand-engraved with a line of Norse runes reading "Sweet are the waters of Balgia & Njord" — bushcraft with a Viking twist. It arrives in a medieval burlap sack.

  • Material: solid hardwood, flame-treated and hand-carved
  • Capacity: roughly 10–12 oz (varies, as each is hand-carved)
  • Detail: hand-engraved Norse rune inscription
  • Includes: medieval burlap gift sack
