This Viking kitchen knife is a chef's-knife-and-cleaver hybrid built for chopping, dicing, cleaving, boning and carving — serious kitchen performance with a solid dose of Norse character.

  • Blade: high-carbon 9Cr18MoV stainless steel, hand-sharpened at 20° per side for a balance of sharpness and edge retention.
  • Handle: hand-crafted oak with genuine cow-bone accents engraved in Celtic knotwork.

I was thinking the same as the previous question asked by Martin H. (The alligator pattern)
Any idea on the timeframe of the new style for your next batch? I reeeeeally love the look of the knife but the alligator design not so much. I do hope it will be available soon. I've been eyeing this knife for a few weeks but reluctant to purchase. Now that I know you're making a new batch omitting the alligator pattern, I can't wait to see what you come up with!!
